DnB NOR ASA, Oslo, Norway, notified us that on January 4, 2008 they had exceeded the 3% voting rights threshold in ADVA AG Optical Networking and that their share of voting rights was at 3.41% (1,568,408 voting rights) that day.
The voting rights are to be ascribed to DnB NOR ASA entirely pursuant to section 22 paragraph 1, sentence 1, number 1 WpHG through its subsidiary Vital Forsikring AS.
