Nederman acquires environmental technology company, Arboga-Darenth

Nederman has acquired Arboga-Darenth, a company based in Arboga, Sweden.
Arboga-Darenth manufactures and markets products and systems that economically
and in an eco-friendly way handle, transport and recycle metal waste and cutting
fluids in the industry.
Customers are mainly active in the metal-processing industry, a customer segment
handled by Nederman's Extraction & Filter Systems business area.

Arboga-Darenth reported sales of SEK 75 million in 2007.
The current owner, Håkan Bråtegren, will remain in the business after the sale.

Sven Kristensson, CEO Nederman Holding AB (publ):
”This acquisition is in line with Nederman's strategy of growth within existing
customer segments. It enables us to offer existing customers a wider range
within the working environment sector. The metal processing industry is a core
segment for Nederman. Arboga-Darenth gives Nederman a number of well-established
products and systems that complement our existing range in an excellent way.”

Arboga-Darenth has its head office in Arboga and around 45 employees. The
company has production units in Sweden and the UK. Sales are made via the
company's own sales offices in Sweden, France and the UK, and via distributors
on a further 30 markets.

The acquisition will have a marginally positive effect on Nederman's earnings in
2008.
