- De-merger of Kögun

In order to simplify the structure of the Teymi Group, the Board of Directors
of Teymi hf. and Kögun ehf. have decided to propose the de-merger of Kögun ehf.
Following the de-merger all shares in Skýrr ehf., EJS ehf. and Eskill ehf. will
be transferred to Teymi hf.
