Consolidated net profit of the Eesti Telekom group for 2007, attributable to the
equity holders of the parent company of the Group totalled to 96,194 thousand
EUR. Consolidated retained earnings of the Eesti Telekom Group as of 31 December
2007 attributable to the equity holders of the parent company of the Group
totalled 155,265 thousand EUR.
The Management Board's proposal is to distribute between shareholders and to pay
to shareholders as dividends 92,577 thousand EUR i.e. 0.67 EUR per share,
proceeding from the number of shares 137,954,528.
The residual of retained earnings totalling to 62,688 thousand EUR to be carried
forward in the balance sheet.
