Final Dividend

G4S has proposed that a final dividend of DKK 0.2786 per share be adopted by the
Company's annual general meeting to be held on 29 May 2008.                     

In Denmark, the dividend will be calculated by the VP Securities Services       
systems as a dividend based on the holdings on 2 May 2008, but will not be      
settled until 6 June 2008.   This means that the dividend will be calculated on 
the same day as in England.   The last day for trading cum dividend on the      
Copenhagen Stock Exchange was 30 April 2008.                                    

Dividend tax will not be withheld.
