                          Acquisition of Touchcom, Inc.                         

G4S, the world's leading international security solutions group, today announces
the acquisition of Touchcom, Inc. (“Touchcom”) from Patrick de Cavaignac,       
Patrick Barry, Lester Halbik and a number of other individual shareholders for  
an initial cash consideration of up to $23 million and a further cash           
consideration of up to $33 million subject to the achievement of specified      
growth targets over a three year period.                                        
                                                                                
Touchcom is a US-based developer, installer and maintainer of large-scale,      
web-based electronic security systems and facility management software,         
providing security consultancy and design services to the commercial and        
government sectors.                                                             

Touchcom utilises its unique web-based platform, OneFacility, to enable         
businesses to integrate their various building management and security systems, 
allowing remote management and data consolidation.  The system forms a central  
database for the many activities which take place within a single site or       
multiple locations.                                                             
The acquisition of Touchcom will allow G4S to offer a unique integrated security
consultancy and delivery capability to its US customers by combining Touchcom's 
expertise in systems integration and management with G4S Wackenhut's strong     
market position in the commercial and government sectors.
