Rotkreuz (Switzerland), July 3 2008 – Novavisions AG issues a 3 years bond
in a private placement. Improved financed structure and interest savings.

The bond has an aggregated principal amount of EUR 1'200'000. Denominated
in EUR 20‘000, it has a maturity of 3 years until 16.6.2011, a coupon of 4%
and participation rights in future value creation of part of Novavisions
portfolio.

Amongst others the proceeds have been used for the early redemption of the
convertible bond 2010 with a coupon of 7% interest and general liquidity
improvement.

The admission to the unofficial regulated market of the stock exchange,
Frankfurt is applied for and should take place at short notice.
