Darmstadt, 29 July 2008 – Dr. Rainer Marquart, chairman of the supervisory
board of 10TACLE STUDIOS AG (ISIN: DE000TACL107), listed at the Frankfurt
stock exchange, has announced his resignation today after corporate actions
of the company have been successfully concluded.


Mr. Udo Schaar, who is representing the main investor of the capital
increase, SpiritON MEDIA SE, will replace Dr. Rainer Marquart. Mr. Schaar
has been assisting several media companies in the past and has been a
decisive factor in setting up digital niche TV channels.


SpiritON MEDIA SE’s commitment to 10TACLE STUDIOS AG is caused by the
