With reference to the disclosure made to OSE on June 6th 2008 regarding restricted shares as part of directors compensation, 4,250 shares (in total) have been posted to individual directors' VPS accounts. The distribution of shares is a part of the Directors` fee in accordance with the resolution passed by the General Assembly on June 6th, 2007.
The shares were distributed as follows: 1,250 shares to Claus Kampmann, and 1,000 shares each to Arne K. Maeland, Colette Lewiner, and Kathleen Arthur.
