Director resignation
Following the successful admission of DXS International shares onto the PLUS markets, DXS today announces the resignation of John Abeln as a Director of DXS International to pursue personal interests in the USA. John will continue as a consultant to DXS International for specific projects abroad. The board would like to express its thanks to John for his hard work and commitment to DXS International over the past four years.
