Ratos: Håkan Jeppsson new CEO of Inwido



Håkan Jeppsson has been appointed as the new President and CEO of
Ratos's subsidiary Inwido. His current position is President and CEO
of the listed company BE Group. Håkan Jeppsson will succeed
Sven-Gunnar Schough, who will retire.

Håkan Jeppsson, born 1961, has a BSc in Business Administration and
Economics from Lund University. He has previously held leading
positions within Stiga, Scandorama and Papyrus, and has been CEO of
the steel trading and service company BE Group since 2002. Håkan
Jeppsson will take up his position as President and CEO of Inwido in
February 2009.

Inwido's Chairman, Anders C. Karlsson, comments: "Håkan has many
years and international experience of heading growth companies. This
means that, in partnership with other members of Inwido's management,
he will be well placed to continue to develop Inwido."

Inwido develops, manufactures and sells a broad range of windows and
doors to the building trade, construction companies and modular home
manufacturers. Operations are conducted in all the Nordic countries
as well as in the UK, Ireland, Poland and Russia. The company's
brands include Elitfönster, SnickarPer, Tiivi, KPK and Lyssand.
Inwido has enjoyed strong growth since 2004 and carried out almost 30
add-on acquisitions.

The group has approximately 4,250 employees and reported sales of
SEK 5,057m and EBITA  of SEK 481m for 2007.

Ratos's holding in Inwido amounts to 95%.
