Tiimari Plc Stock Exchange Release September 30, 2008 at 17.50 Tiimari has acquired the Swedish Tiimari concept shops Tiimari has in accordance with the earlier signed letter of intent acquired the franchise business activities of Tiimari concept in Sweden from Roponen Detaljisthandel AB. The acquisition covers the business activities including its assets and liabilities. The buyer, Tiimari Sweden AB will continue the business in all of the eight Tiimari shops in Sweden. The net sales for the acquired business was c. EUR 3 million in 2007 and the number of personnel transferred is 32. The purchase price will be netted against Tiimari Sweden AB receivables from Roponen Detaljisthandel AB. The transaction is expected to have no significant effect on 2008 result.
