informed us according to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
Voting Rights on Praktiker Bau- und Heimwerkermärkte Holding AG, Kirkel,
Germany, ISIN: DE000A0F6MD5, WKN: A0F6MD, have fallen below the 3% limit of
the Voting Rights on October 03, 2008, and now amount to 2.79% (this
corresponds to 1,618,949 Voting Rights).
