Indutrade strengthens its position in med-technology

Indutrade today acquired all of the shares in the Norwegian company Brinch AS
with annual sales of approximately SEK 15 million. Brinch markets products,
technical service and support to private and public sector ophthalmology
departments in Scandinavia. After the acquisition of EssMed AB in Sweden last
spring, Brinch is Indutrade's second acquisition in this product segment.

Organisationally, Brinch will be included in the Industrial Components business
area, which had net sales of SEK 940 million in 2007.

The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive impact on Indutrade's
earnings per share.
