The shares of Exista hf. will be removed from trading on NASDAQ OMX Iceland hf. (the Exchange) after closing of trading December 12th 2008 in accordance with the company's request. The removal from trading is conditional on trading in the shares being open for at least 10 trading days prior to removal. The removal of shares is made with reference to Art. 7.1 of Listing Requirements of the Exchange.
