company has announced that the company expects to merge with Colexon Energy AG
with Colexon Energy AG as the continuing company. The merger is subject to
approval on the first coming general meetings in the two companies. Furthermore,
Renewagy has announced that the company expects to be delisted from NASDAQ OMX
Copenhagen in connection to the merger.
