AS Norma has filed a request to the Labor Inspectorate for applying the collective termination of employment contracts with 52 AS Norma employees at the beginning of 2009. The employment termination is a result of decreasing sales of Russian, Ukraine and Western-European car manufacturers, which has led to a considerable decrease in AS Norma production volumes and thus to the necessity of reducing the workforce.
