PSI Group ASA has on the December 9, 2008 acquired 28.500 shares at an average price of NOK 9,42 per share.
The shares were purchased in accordance with a resolution by the Annual General Meeting on May 10, 2008.
New holding after the transaction is 1.165.073 shares, 5,25% of the outstanding shares.
