LAKE SUCCESS, NY--(Marketwire - January 26, 2009) - Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc.
(NYSE : BR ) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a
quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per share. The dividend is payable on
April 1, 2009, to stockholders of record at the close of business on March
17, 2009.
