to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that its Voting Rights on Praktiker Bau- und
Heimwerkermärkte Holding AG, Kirkel, Germany, ISIN: DE000A0F6MD5, WKN:
A0F6MD, have fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on January 21,
2009, and on that day amounted to 0.18% (this corresponds to 104,978 Voting
