Statement from Cision AB 

The year end results for New Wave Group was to be published at 07:00 on the 20th
of February with assistance from Cision. Unfortunately the English version was
sent out at 21:34 on the 19th of February. This was due to a human error when
handeling the documents. Cision regrets that we were unable to distribute the
results according to the agreement with New Wave Group and assume full
responsibility for the error.
