Proxies

With reference to the Danish Executive Order No. 1225 of 22 October 2007, we
hereby announce that the Supervisory Board of Jyske Bank has received blank
proxies to be used at Jyske Bank's Annual General Meeting on 10 March 2009,
representing 9.59% of the voting shares or 70,816 shares. 

The proxies will expire after the Annual General Meeting.
