MAX Communications Server (MAXCS) 6.0 Update 2 offers many improvements on existing features while adding new applications. New applications include:

    * New MaxAgent 6.0 Desktop Application for Call Center Agents
    * New MaxSupervisor 6.0 Desktop Application for Call Center Supervisors
    * New MaxInsight 6.0 Readerboard Application for displaying real-time
