NASDAQ OMX Riga Management Board resolved on its meeting of May 6, 2009, to apply surveillance status to AS „Latvijas Zoovetapgāde”. AS „Latvijas Zoovetapgāde” published an announcement in NASDAQ OMX Riga information system on May 5, 2009 at 17:04 where it was said that the issuer has received the decision of Riga city Zemgale suburb court on initiating insolvency procedure of AS „Latvijas Zoovetapgāde” on 27 April. Insolvency procedure was initiated on the basis of „Hamburger Leistungsfutter GmbH” application. The NASDAQ OMX Riga Listing and Disclosure rules stipulate that NASDAQ OMX Riga may assign Surveillance status to an issuer on the occasions when the issuer's insolvency has been instituted.
