Maastricht, May 11, 2009 - Navigator Equity Solutions SE hereby announces
its results for the fiscal year 2008.

In the fiscal year 2008, the Group generated operating sales of 21.9m euros
(2007: 12.2m euros).

Taking into account a result from investment activities amounting to -4.6m
euros (2007: 0.1m euros), total revenues for the fiscal year amounted to
17.3m euros (2007: 12.3m euros).

EBIT (operating income) for the reporting period amounts to -4.4m euros
(2007: -0.6m euros). The income for the period amounts to -4.9m euros
(2007: -0.4m euros).

For the fiscal year 2009 the company expects all operating entities to
contribute positively to the overall result. Against the background of the
still high uncertainties associated with the current financial and economic
crisis, a more detailed forecast is not possible at the moment.
