With 184 additions and 159 deletions, the number of components in the Dow Jones Select MicroCap Index will increase to 273 from 248.
The top five components by free-float market capitalization that will be added to the index are: MYR Group Inc. (United States, Construction & Materials, MYRG), Circor International Inc. (United States, Construction & Materials, CIR), Advisory Board Co. (United States, Construction & Materials, ABCO), World Acceptance Corp. (United States, Banks, WRLD) and Manhattan Associates Inc. (United States, Technology, MANH).
The top five components by free-float market capitalization that will be deleted from the index are: Group 1 Automotive Inc. (United States, Retail, GPI), Insituform Technologies Inc. Cl A (United States, Construction & Materials, INSU), Jos. A. Bank Clothiers Inc. (United States, Retail, JOSB), Valassis Communications Inc. (United States, Retail, VCI) and Texas Capital Bancshares Inc. (United States, Banks, TCB).
The changes in the Dow Jones Select MicroCap Index will be effective after the close of trading on Friday, August 21, 2009.
The free-float market capitalization of the reconstituted Dow Jones Select MicroCap Index increased to US$63.97 billion from US$60.39 billion, as of August 11, 2009.
