Mr. Boris Töppe, member of the Board of Directors of IMW Immobilien AG,
resigned as managing director of IMW Immobilien AG.

With effect from 1.October 2009 the actual chairman of the Supervisory
Board, Marcus S. Wisskirchen, will resign from the Supervisory Board and
will become member of the Board of Directors of the company. He will take
over the responsibility for the Asset- and Property Management as well as
for the IT-Department.
