Referring to section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act we hereby notify   
that we have received the following notification from PFA Pension:

I accordance with The Danish Companies Act section 28a and section 29 in the    
Danish Securities Trading Act we hereby notify that companies affiliated with   
the PFA-group no longer own more than 5% of the sharecapital of Amagerbanken
