AS Ekspress Group calls back two management board members and appoints new ones.


The Supervisory Board of AS Ekspress Grupp has decided to call back present
management board members Kaido Ulejevi and Anne Kallas and appoint new members
as Andre Veskimeister and Erle Oolup. 
 
Andre Veskimeister has previously worked in Enterprice Estonia, AS Ülemiste
City as chief innovation officer and CEO. Andre Veskimeister will take on a
responsibility of Chief Innovation Officer in  Ekspress Grupp starting
September 22. 
 
Erle Oolup has previously worked as accountant in AS Pro Kapital,
head-accountant in AS Prike and CFO in AS Ülemiste City. Erle Oolup will take
on a responsibility of a CFO starting October 22. 
 
Present management board member Kaido Ulejev will start as a marketing manager
in AS Eesti Ajalehed starting October 1st and Anne Kallas will leave Ekspress
Grupp. 
 
According to the member of the Supervisory Board of Ekspress Grupp Hans Luik it
is expected, that when there is a change of CEO he would like to bring new team
members to the company.
