Aqualife A/S has received on 19 November 2009 the following statement from Olav
W. Hansen A/S and Ole Steffensen, which in accordance with the Danish law on
securities trading §29, section 1, 3rd paragraph is hereby announced:
”Previously, Olav W. Hansen A/S and Ole Steffensen have been registered as
share holders of more than 5% of the share capital in Aqualife A/S. In
accordance with the disclosure requirements we hereby ask the company to
announce to the OMX Copenhagen Stock Exchange that, subsequent to the sale of
shares, both the mentioned parties own less than 5% of the company's share
capital.”
