Change within the Executive Board of IDS Scheer AG
Saarbruecken, 24 November 2009
During the meeting of the supervisory board of IDS Scheer AG on 24 November
2009, the following was resolved and agreed upon: Mr. Peter Gérard has been
reappointed as an executive board member of IDS Scheer AG for another year
until the end of 31 December 2010 and reappointed as chairman of the
executive board. Executive board member Dr. Dirk Oevermann will be leaving
the executive board at the end of 31 December 2009 by best mutual
agreement. Mr. Josef Bommersbach has been appointed as his successor.
Executive board member Jörg Vandreier will also be leaving the executive
board at the end of 30 November 2009 by best mutual agreement. Mr. Rudolf
Keul has been appointed as his successor.
