KG Lindvall New Chairman Of Board of Swedbank Robur Fonder AB

At an extra Board meeting in Swedbank Robur Fonder AB, Thursday November 26, KG
Lindvall was appointed new chairman of the Board. KG Lindvall replaces Mats
Lagerqvist who has stepped down from the position as chairman.


KG Lindvall has previously worked as deputy CEO of Nordea Bank AB and has since
2004 been a member of the board of Swedbank Robur Fonder AB.

- A fund management company shall work in the best interest of its fund unit
holders and have an independent position which cannot be questioned. By
appointing KG Lindvall as chairman of the board of Swedbank Robur Fonder AB,
this independence is secured, says Peter Rydell, CEO of Swedbank Robur AB.

-Through my previous position as member of the Board of Swedbank Robur Fonder
AB, I know the operation well and I look forward to my new position, says KG
Lindvall.

It has also been decided which persons will replace Swedbank Robur's former CEO
Mats Lagerqvist in the nominating committees where he has represented Swedbank
Robur Fonder AB. The following persons will replace Mats Lagerqvist:

Cardo - Peter Rydell, CEO of Swedbank Robur AB
Ericsson - Marianne Nilsson, Head of corporate governance, Swedbank Robur AB

Scania - KG Lindvall, chairman of the board of Swedbank Robur Fonder AB
SSAB - Peter Rydell, CEO of Swedbank Robur AB

In NCC Mats Lagerqvist will keep his position since he is personally assigned.
