In accordance with a resolution at the Annual General Meeting in 2009, Alliance
Oil Company Ltd's nomination committee shall be appointed by the four largest
shareholders in the company. The four largest shareholders in Alliance Oil
Company Ltd are Alliance Capital OJSC, Alliance Group OJSC, Daumier Investments
Ltd and Repsol Exploracion S.A.
These four shareholders have appointed the following representatives together
with the company's chairman of the board, to constitute the nomination committee
for the Annual General Meeting 2010:
Carl Svernlöv, Chairman of the nomination committee representing Alliance
Capital OJSC
Andrei Sletov, Representing Alliance Group OJSC
Fred Boling, representing Daumier Investments Ltd
David Haverkamp, representing Repsol Exploracion S.A.
Eric Forss, Chairman of the board Alliance Oil Company Ltd
The Nominating Committee shall present a proposal for election of the Board of
Directors as well as related questions for adoption at the Annual Shareholders'
Meeting and complete the tasks and consider the independence of the Directors as
set out in the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance.
The Annual General Meeting will be held in Stockholm on May 27, 2010.
