according to Sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights
on Praktiker Bau- und Heimwerkermärkte Holding AG, Kirkel, Germany, ISIN:
DE000A0F6MD5, WKN: A0F6MD, have fallen below the 3% limit of the Voting
Rights on December 22, 2009, and on that day amounted to 2.23% (this
corresponds to 1293685 Voting Rights).
According to Sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 of the WpHG, 0.19% of the Voting
Rights (this corresponds to 111398 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to
