ABN AMRO Bank N.V. will change name to The Royal Bank of Scotland N.V. The
member identity ABN in SAXESS will change to RBN. These changes will be
effective as of Monday, February 8, 2010. 

The clearing identity for settlement of business in the VP Securities system
will not be changed.
