HiQ nominated for 2010 Golden Mouse Award

HiQ nominated for 2010 Golden Mouse Award

- HiQ, Spotify and TAT compete for IT Company of the Year title

At the end of February, the Golden Mouse will be awarded to persons and
companies that distinguished themselves in the IT industry in 2009. HiQ was
nominated for the IT Company of the Year award along with music streaming
company Spotify and TAT, a company that develops interfaces for touch screen
mobile phones.

The jury motivated its nomination of HiQ with these words: “Through the years,
HiQ has set the standard for profitable growth for Sweden's IT consultancies”.

“Naturally, being nominated for a Golden Mouse is extremely gratifying. It
proves that the hard work put in by all our skillful employees every day pays
off.” says Lars Stugemo, president and CEO of HiQ International. “

“At HiQ we work together with our customers to develop products and services
that simplify life for people. Common products and services that we use for
communication, convenience and entertainment. The continuous development of
technology means that a company like HiQ can advance and grow and it also
creates room for new, exciting companies to develop - two good examples being
Spotify and TAT. We're happy to be nominated in such exciting company,” Stugemo
continues.

The Golden Mouse has been awarded annually since 1996. Publications
Affärsvärlden and Computer Sweden are behind the awards along with IT and
telecom companies. This year, there are three award categories: IT Company of
the Year, IT Entrepreneur of the Year, and IT Personality of the Year. There
are three companies or persons nominated in each category. Winners will be
announced at a gala banquet on 25 February at the Royal Swedish Academy of
Engineering Sciences.
