SeaNet Maritime Communications AB tillbaka från

SeaNet Maritime Communications AB publicerade den 24 augusti 2009 att bolaget
avsåg att upprätta en kontrollbalansräkning. Mot bakgrund av informationen
valde NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB att aktierna SeaNet Maritime Communications AB
från den 25 augusti 2009 skulle placeras på observationssegmentet. 

SeaNet Maritime Communications AB publicerade den 22 februari 2010 att
aktiekapitalet hade höjts och att bolaget nu har tillräckligt med likviditet
för den kommande tolvmånaders perioden. 

Med anledning av detta beslutar NASDAQ OMX Stockholm att handeln med aktierna i
SeaNet Maritime Communications AB (kortnamn SEAN, ISIN-kod SE0002024414, och
orderboks id 41193) ska återföras från observationssegmentet. 

Aktierna överförs fr.o.m. tisdagen den 9 mars 2010.

SeaNet Maritime Communications AB announced on the 24th of August 2009 that the
company would make a balance sheet for liquidation purposes. With reference to
the information NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB decided that the shares of SeaNet
Maritime Communications AB from the 25th of August 2009 should be placed on the
observation segment until further notice. 

SeaNet Maritime Communications AB announced February 22nd 2010 that the share
capital has been decreased and the company now has adequate financial resources
for the upcoming 12 months. 

With reference to what is stated above, the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB has decided
that the shares in SeaNet Maritime Communications AB (shortname SEAN, ISIN code
SE0002024414, and orderbook ID 41193) will be transferred back to their
ordinary position. 

The shares will be transferred with effect from Tuesday the 9th of March 2010.
