AUGUSTA Technologie AG sells Logistics Automation division 

- AUGUSTA announced the sale of its subsidiary DLoG GmbH 
- Advantech Group of Taiwan takes over industrial PC segment 
- Purchase price EUR 12.85 million

Munich, March 9, 2010. AUGUSTA Technologie AG (ISIN DE000A0D6612), listed
on the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, has agreed to sell
its wholly-owned subsidiary DLoG GmbH, based in Germering. The closing of
the transaction is expected to take place by end of March 2010. It will be
sold to Advantech Europe Holding B.V., a wholly-owned subsidiary of
Taiwan's Advantech Group. The agreed sales price is EUR 12.85 million

In the financial year 2009 DLoG generated sales revenues of around 13
million euros. The economic situation during that year of crisis resulted
in DLoG posting declines in sales revenues, although it still remained
profitable. The sale of DLoG marks AUGUSTA's divestment from its Logistics
Automation division and underlines the strategic focus of the AUGUSTA Group
on two divisions, Sensors/Microsystems Technology and Vision Technology.
AUGUSTA will invest the sales proceeds in its focused buy-and-build
strategy to carry out acquisitions in the two core segments.
