Change in Management
Claus Finderup Grove, CFO of Netop Solutions A/S, will resign his position with
effect from 30 April 2010 in order to take up a similar position outside the
Netop Solutions group.
As a result of the company's restructuring process, which will soon be
finalised, the CFO duties of our com-pany have become much less complex.
Accordingly, it has been resolved not to fill the vacant position of CFO. The
day-to-day duties relating to the financial matters of the company will in
future be undertaken by our current Finance Manager, Thomas Akselsen.
As a CFO, Claus Finderup Grove contributed strongly to the extensive transition
process which the company underwent in 2008 and 2009, and which will soon be
finalised. The Board of Directors would like to thank Claus Finderup Grove for
his excellent work.
