Stockholm, March 31, 2010 — NASDAQ OMX, announces that the trading in ScandBook
Holding AB (SBOK) shares will commence today, March 31, on First North at NASDAQ
OMX Stockholm. ScandBook is the second company to be admitted to trading on
First North in 2010, which today comprises 126 companies.
ScandBook, headquartered in Falun, Sweden, is a leading Nordic printer of
hard-bound black-and-white books. The company holds approximately 65 percent of
the Swedish market and 45-50 percent in Norway and Denmark. It also delivers to
customers in the UK, Ireland and the Netherlands. ScandBook's primary customers
are the leading book publishing houses in the Nordics and around 300 small- and
medium-sized companies.
