Hill International Announces Senior Management Changes


MARLTON, N.J., SHANGHAI, China and DUBAI, United Arab Emirates, April 15, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hill International (NYSE:HIL), the global leader in managing construction risk, announced today that it has promoted two senior executives in the company's Project Management Group.

Abdo E. Kardous has been named Senior Vice President & Managing Director, Asia/Pacific. He previously held the same title for Hill's Middle East region. Kardous has over 25 years of construction management experience and he will be responsible for overseeing all of Hill's project management operations in the Asia/Pacific region. He has a B.S. in civil engineering from the University of Maryland and an M.S. in civil engineering from the University of California at Berkeley.

Mohammed Al Rais has been named Senior Vice President & Managing Director, Middle East. He previously was Senior Vice President in charge of Hill's Start-Up and Compliance Group. Al Rais has over 30 years of construction management experience and will be responsible for overseeing all of Hill's project management operations in the Middle East region. He earned his B.S. in city and regional planning from the University of Engineering & Technology in Pakistan and his M.Sc. in project management from the University of Reading.
