Peab's acquisition of Angstrom & Mellgren accepted 

Peab has previously announced acquisition of all shares of Angstrom & Mellgren.
The Competition Authority has decided to make the purchase without the measure.
Peab has taken the shares on 19 May 2010. 

Angstrom & Mellgren has approximately 85 employees and turnover for 2009 was SEK
247 million.
