Issuing of warrants to the management team in both Denmark, Sweden and UK.

At the Company's extraordinary general meeting held May 12, 2010 the board 
of directors were authorized to issue up to 42,000,000 warrants. The board of
directors have used part of that authorization and approved the issuing of 
32,750,000 warrants with an exercise price of DKK 0.13 (closing price end 
of May 25, 2010) each to the management team in both Denmark, Sweden and UK.
