Peab builds municipal hall and apartments outside Helsinki  

Peab's Finnish subsidiary Peab Oy has been contracted to build the new
municipal hall in Kirkkonummi, Espoo, just outside Helsinki. The
customer is Kuntien Eläkevakuutus (Local Government Pensions) and the
contract amounts to Euro 15 million. The municipal hall is expected to
be completed in September 2011.
Peab will also build 86 rental apartments in Espoo. The customer is
Taaleri investment, the contract amounts to EUR 12 million and occupancy
is scheduled for September 2011.
