Cramo has signed an agreement with Nordic Crane Group AS

Equipment rental company Cramo AS, the Norwegian wholly-owned subsidiary of
Cramo Plc, has signed an agreement with Nordic Crane Group AS for the next five
years. An expected value of this deal for Cramo AS is approximately 100 MNOK.
The agreement covers the entire Nordic region. As a part of the agreement Cramo
AS buys Hego Maskinutleie AS in Bergen from Nordic Crane Bergen AS.

“The Norwegian deal clearly supports our view of increasing activity in the
Nordic construction sector”, says Mr Vesa Koivula, CEO of Cramo Plc. “During the
summer we have closed five major deals in Finland, Sweden and Norway. Three of
them are outsourcing agreements - a new trend showing that not only the very
largest, but also the mid-sized construction companies are interested in
outsourcing their equipment handling. Obviously the rental industry benefits
from both these trends, particularly companies like Cramo who has the capacity
and resources to supply all equipment and services needed.”

“Nordic Crane Group is one of the leading mobile crane suppliers in Scandinavia,
and this new cooperation agreement will offer our customers an even better
service and product range in the Nordic region, says Mr Finn Løkken, Managing
Director of Cramo AS, Norway.

“Bergen is also an important investment area for us. Acquiring Hego Maskinutleie
AS strengthens our presence in and around Bergen area.”

Nordic Crane Group AS was established as a joint holding company in 2008 by
Kynningsrud Kran and Stangeland Kran. Company's turnover in 2009 was 700 MNOK
and the company employs over 400 people.

“We have great expectations of this agreement”, says CEO of Nordic Crane Group
AS, Mr Trond Helge Skretting. “With their customer portfolio and distribution
network, Cramo will offer Nordic Crane Group AS an opportunity to increase our
expansion in the Nordic region.”

“One of the most important aspects of the agreement is Nordic Crane Group AS's
position in the industrial sector. The company has long experience and high
competence based on a large number of projects and customers in this segment,
both in Norway and Sweden. The agreement will thus widen Cramo's customer
portfolio and competence and make us an even more valued business partner”,
concludes Mr Finn Løkken.
