Lithuanian Securities Commission has received a request from Panevezio Keliai AB to approve the revised obligatory tender offer circular

This is to inform that Securities Commission of the Republic of Lithuania has
received a request from Panevezio Keliai AB acting in concert with other
persons to approve the revised obligatory tender offer circular with the intent
to buy up the remaining ordinary registered shares of Panevezio Statybos
Trestas AB following the decision of the Securities Commission of the Republic
of Lithuania as of 09-11-2009, Minutes No. 2K-338.
