WULFF GROUP'S AUDITOR CHANGES
Wulff Group's new lead auditor nominated by Nexia Tilintarkastus Oy is Christer
Antson, Authorised Public Accountant. Certified Auditor Juha Lindholm will
continue as the Company's auditor along with Christer Antson.
Based on Wulff Group's Articles of Association, the auditors are appointed until
further notice. The shareholders attending the Annual General Meeting held on
April 23, 2010 were informed that Nexia Tilintarkastus Oy, Authorised Public
Accountants, and Juha Lindholm, Certified Auditor, will continue as the
Company's auditors and Seppo Tervo, Authorised Public Accountant, will start as
the new lead auditor. Due to Nexia Tilintarkastus Oy's latest organizational
changes, Wulff Group Plc's new lead auditor is now Christer Antson, Authorised
Public Accountant.
