As previously announced, Dantherm launched a process in early 2010 aimed at focusing the group's activities. In continuation of this process, the operating activities in the partly owned subsidiary T&O Stelectric A/S have today been sold to a consortium consisting of Styromatic A/S and EKTOS A/S. The sale comprises all activities and operating activities in T&O Stelectric A/S, but not the company's premises in Randers, Denmark. Once the sale has been finalised, the production activities will be carried on in Styromatic A/S, while the development activities will be carried on in EKTOS A/S. The buyers will gradually move the activities to its own existing premises in Aarhus and Aalborg, Denmark. Styromatic A/S and EKTOS A/S are strong future partners for the activities for the suppliers and customers - including In addition to their activities in Denmark, Styromatic A/S and EKTOS A/S also have production facilities in Thailand and Ukraine. In connection with the sale, Stelectric A/S acquired a 40% share from Thoustrup & Overgaard A/S, with the effect that Stelectric A/S now owns all the shares in the remaining property company. Dantherm owns 67% of the shares in Stelectric A/S, while the privately owned Stelectric Holding ApS owns the remaining shareholding. The divestment has no bearing on Dantherm's previously announced outlook for revenue and results for 2010.
