BioPhausia's Board of Directors and managers acquire shares in the company

A number of board members and managers of BioPhausia AB have acquired shares in
the company following the release of the interim report for January - September
on November 10, 2010.

BioPhausia's Chairman of the Board, Niklas Prager, acquired 1,706,000 shares
through endowment insurance.

Johan Unger, a member of the Board of Directors, acquired a total of 500,000
shares, 400,000 of which were acquired through endowment insurance.

Another Board member, Roger Johanson, acquired 40,000 shares.

BioPhausia's CEO, Maris Hartmanis, acquired 300,000 shares and Johan Frödin,
Head of Licensed Products, acquired 30,000 shares.

Insiders who acquire shares through endowment insurance do not have to inform
the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, Finansinspektionen, about their
