On November 23, 2010, Moneta Asset Management, Paris, France, has informed
us according to article 21,section 1 WpHG that via shares its voting rights
on Colonia Real Estate AG(ISIN: DE0006338007; WKN: 633800), Cologne,
Germany, have exceeded the 3% limit of the voting rights on November 18,
2010 and amounted 3.49%. This corresponds to 1,093,131 voting rights.
